Hines Sant Cugat A7 Business Park is characterized by the great potential of its scenic surroundings; limited to the west by the riparian Ferrussons forest, with excellent views to Collserola Mountains in the south, and surrounded by tree avenues in the northern and eastern edges.
The general criteria for outdoor spaces of the new business park is to preserve the natural image, classifying the outdoor spaces in three categories of treatment, management, maintenance and use.
The areas of the external ring, are proposed with natural mixed native forests, the surrounding office’s areas with natural grassland and finally the common areas and plaza, will have a more formal layout following the radial geometry of the buildings that determine chromatic beam gardens.
