Abuja Technology Village Free Zone is conceived as a Technology Park that covers an area of 700 Hectares and is located midway between the Abuja City Gate and the International Airport.

The landscape proposal for the competition considers the preservation and enhancement of the natural ecosystems, as Savannah and rock formations, patches of rain forest, riparian and wetlands as well as the traditional agricultural landscape around Abuja.
It also considers the historical and cultural context, and the use of local resources using a water and sustainability strategy to create a diverse and attractive contemporary landscape.
